PaceTec delivers custom wet benches to leading high-tech company in Saxony
Pace-Tec GmbH has delivered several customized wet benches to a leading high-tech company in Saxony. These specialized systems meet the highest requirements in semiconductor manufacturing and enable precise wet chemical etching, cleaning processes such as SC1/SC2, development processes, and lift-off procedures for wafers and glass substrates.
The integrated ultrasonic and megasonic systems ensure particularly thorough cleaning. Additionally, spin-coating systems are seamlessly integrated into the wet benches to efficiently implement complex coating processes. With this delivery, PaceTec once again demonstrates its expertise in developing individual wet process solutions for the semiconductor industry.
This delivery significantly contributes to strengthening the European Chips Act, an initiative to ensure chip production and technological independence in Europe.
