PaceTec GmbH delivers custom wet benches to the clean rooms of Silicon Austria Labs (SAL). The systems are designed for solvent applications using electrically conductive plastic and for acid applications using chemically resistant plastic.
With this sale, PaceTec continues its successful collaboration with leading research institutions. In 2024, the company sold several wet benches to esteemed research facilities, underscoring the high demand for PaceTec’s tailored solutions. While the delivery of the systems is yet to take place, both companies are already highly satisfied with the partnership.
